Expedited orders incur a 25% convenience fee, which reflects the additional scheduling flexibility and extended production time required to prioritize your project. This fee applies regardless of the reason for the shortened timeline and is subject to availability.

Because each project is hand-written, all deposits are non-refundable, and completed work is not eligible for refunds. If a project is canceled after work has begun, you'll be invoiced for work completed and any materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
